REFUND POLICY

We want you to love The Cosmic Mother Pregnancy Oracle. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, email us at hello@cosmic-mother.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — including return shipping.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of this policy.
