SHIPPING POLICY

Australian Orders

We ship from Australia using Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $9.95 AUD
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $14.95 AUD
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

International Orders

We ship internationally via Australia Post International.

• Standard International: 10–21 business days — calculated at checkout
• Express International: 5–10 business days — calculated at checkout

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or through the Australia Post app.

Undelivered or Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 30+ business days (international), please contact us and we'll investigate with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or refund.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers within Australia.
